Long Stay Service Hawaii, Waikiki Office: This project was brought to us by the renowned architect Fritz Johnson Sr. and found us being asked to complete the entire build out of reception area, waiting room, conference room, kitchenette, and 5 work stations all within 30 days of the start of negotiations. We mobilized the project the next day and began the construction while budget and schedule were hammered out at the office. This project found us entering an open office suite on the 15th floor of the Waikiki Business Plaza and 30 days later this office space was up and running.
