Southside Hawaii Loa Ridge: Another Jim Schmit Project, this mansion had been through five other contractors before AGT was brought on board. From the point we entered the scene and connected with the Japanese owners and using our full cost disclosure policies, we were able to bring this project all the way through completion and within 10% of the original budget they started with. This design featured open vaulted living room, multi-tiered wrap around staircases, and sunken tubs.
