This exciting and challenging project finds AGT Construction, LLC once again teamed up with the infamous architect James A. Schmit, owner and founder of JASA Architects. This single family Home will consist of 3,700 square feet of interior living area and Lanai’s. It also has a pier, deep water boat dock, and boat ramp located right on Kaneohe Bay. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, interior courtyard, and an open kitchen-living room floor plan with a 42 foot glass door system that will allow the bay right into the house. Other features of the custom home will be the Golfzon Golf simulator room, second floor Jacuzzi overlooking the bay, and a garage car lift so that the owner may maximize the amount of custom cars and motorcycles he has on the property. We are very excited to undertake this very difficult project as the many aspects and features of the property have us interfacing with several State, Federal, and city agencies to bring the project to fruition.
