As a multifaceted Construction Company in Hawaii we offer a very interactive experience for owners and all relevant parties to participate fully in the project at hand. Through this extensive interaction and full disclosure, owners are active in the project, eliminating common mistakes that are made through inadequate communication and poor planning. Absentee owners are kept abreast through frequent e-mail and digital photo updates. We sit down with all relevant parties on a regular basis for look ahead planning to keep a tight schedule and watch the budget. All paperwork (time sheets, labor rates, sub-contractor invoices, and material receipts) are submitted for review on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the clients desire, contract, and size of the project.

From new Construction, Home Improvement Remodeling, additions, and commercial work, there is no project or specific aspect of a project that we can’t accomplish, on schedule and budget, through our unique system. All of our supervisors, foremen, and most of our employees are married with children and have been working together for years, bringing a level of responsibility and trust not usually found in this type of business.
