Demolition, Construction and Remodel

This project brought to us by the award winning architect Jim Schmit, very well known for his contemporary modern and Tropical traditional with Eastern influences, we took a very regular 3 story hillside home and literally cut it in half. Gutting what remained, we expounded on the existing footprint and rebuilt the house with nearly 100% of the materials coming from Indonesian sources. Merbau floors, Teak cabinetry, and an indoor garden next to the billiard area sets this home apart on a scale equal to none.
