This project is brought to us by Architect Raymond L Cote III, AKA Mike Cote. A premier architect in Honolulu Hawaii, Mike brought us this project as the owners are very good personal friends and the schedule on this was a more laid back casual affair than an all-out assault. Located on Waialae iki ridge, the details and owners selections are being discussed and decided as we proceed. This one started as a deck repair project and is morphing into a beautiful complete remodel of exterior pool and lanai areas, new windows, doors, exterior railings, etc. We here are AGT are extremely grateful that the owners, 2 UH professors that are absolutely stellar individuals, were kind enough to choose us as their contractor and the people that can make their dreams for their slice of paradise come to fruition.
